David Magoon

David A. Magoon, 94, passed away Monday, June 2, 2014. A World War II veteran, he moved to Collegedale in 1965, where he was a member of the Collegedale Seventh-day Adventist Church and served as mayor and commissioner. A private family service will be held in Norcross, Ga., where he will be buried next to his wife of 54 years, Sue Summerour Magoon.
