Charlcie "Dean" Lockhart, 76, of Signal Mountain, passed away Sunday, June 1, 2014, at her home. The family would like to recognize Hearth Hospice for the support and outstanding love they have shown our Mom and family through this time, with a very special thank-you to nurse, Lora Baker (moms little kitty).
