Bettye Fields

Bettye Rose Fields, 84, of Chattanooga, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2014. Bettye was employed by American General for many years and served as a Red Cross Volunteer at North Park Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, John H. Ficken Jr.; and sister, Marjorie Lackey. Surviving are her sister, Doris Anderson; nephews, John (Charlene) Lackey, Bobby (Beth) Lackey and Bill Anderson, Jr.; and niece, Janie (Mike) Austin. There will not be any visitation at the funeral home. Graveside Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 6, 2014 at Greenwood Cemetery with Pastor Steve Rowland officiating. Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist.
