Wayne Puckett

Wayne D. Puckett, 60, of Chattanooga, passed away suddenly at his home on Thursday, June 5, 2014. Wayne graduated from Brainerd High School in 1972 and was a member of Brainerd Hills Baptist Church and the James Sunday School class. Prior to his retirement, Wayne worked for Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. Wayne was preceded in death by his father and mother, E.Wesley and Helen Puckett. He is survived by his brother, Wesley (Janet)Puckett of Snellville,Ga.; his sister, Darlene (Frank) Brooks of Chattanooga; several nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and great-nephews. Wayne was very loving, compassionate and devoted to his family. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, June 9, in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Richard Mason presiding over the services.
