Edward Givens

Edward Ray Givens, 84, died Thursday night June 12, 2014. He was a member of the Rising Fawn Church of God. Mr. Givens was retired from Mississippi Valley Steel in Chattanooga. Mr. Givens was preceded in death by his wife, Christinia Wallin Givens. He is survived by son, Jimmy R. Givens, Flat Rock, Ala.; daughter, Laura Ma McClendon, Rising Fawn, Ga.; sister, Willa Dean Crowe, Ider, Ala.; also several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday June 16, 2014, in the chapel with Rev. Chris Hagler officiating. Interment will be in Hanna Cemetery in Rising Fawn.
