Brad West

Brad West, 25, of Hixson, passed away Thursday, June 19, 2014. A native of Baltimore, Md., he has been a resident of the Chattanooga area for the past 15 years. He was a graduate of Central High School and loved cooking, fishing and his car. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Ruth West. Survivors include Rachel Morton, Chattanooga; father and stepmother, Jeff and Sherry West, Chattanooga; mother, Sharon West, Maryland; sister, Becca McLendon, Knoxville, Tenn.; paternal-grandfather, McKinley West Jr., Chattanooga. Services will be held at 7 p.m. Monday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Rob Morton officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Monday before the service at the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist, 7414 Old Lee Highway.
