Judith Schorr

Judith A. Schorr, 66, of Chattanooga, passed away suddenly on June 20, 2014, at her home. Some things Judith would want everyone to know: She was born into the family of God on February 9, 1974, through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and His finished work on the Cross. She wanted all of her family, friends and neighbors to be saved and prayed earnestly to that end. She believed the Bible is the Word of God and lived and loved the God of the Bible. She now knows Heaven is a real place and she longs for all of you to join her. This is the heart and mind of Judith Schorr. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack R. Brown; birth mother, Marilyn Tiller Brown; mother, Mariene L. Swaninger Brown; and brother, David A. Brown. Survivors include her husband, Gary Schorr; brothers, Rodney (Catherine) Brown, Jack (Katherine) Brown, Donald (Grazie) Brown and Gregory Brown; sister, Becky Brown Klepacz; and many aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside services will be held on Monday, June 23, at 2 p.m. in the Chattanooga National Cemetery. Arrangements by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory located at the end of Historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville. Condolences may be sent to www.lane-southcrestchapel.com.
