Rebecca Slatton

Rebecca Layne Slatton, 41, passed away Saturday, June 21, 2014. Rebecca was a great friend and always fun to be around. She was preceded in death by her father, Don Layne; brother, Jimmy Don " Fred" Layne. Those left to cherish her memories are her husband of 22 years, Craig Slatton; two sons, Ethan and Colton Slatton, all of Whitwell; mother, Patsy Layne; sisters, Donna K. Kilgore, both of Whitwell, and Jane (Michael) Waters of Georgia; several aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews and several friends. Family will receive friends 3-9 p.m. CDT, today, June 23, and noon-9 p.m. CDT, Tuesday, June 24. Funeral service is 2 p.m. CDT Wednesday, June 25, in the funeral home chapel with Rev.
