Wanda Sue Thompson Ledford, 57, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2014, after a long battle with cancer. Wanda was very passionate for Jesus Christ, playing Bingo, and Elvis. Wanda was predeceased by her parents, Emzie Lavoyd and Evelyn Martin Thompson; brother, Wayne Thompson, and grandson Dakota Ledford. Survivors include her sons, Toby (Anna) Ledford and Chris Ledford; sisters, Brenda Steele and Mickey Thompson, all of Chattanooga; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. Visitation will be in Valley Memorial Baptist Church Tuesday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. The Rev. Horace Crawford will conduct the service at 3 p.m. in the church. Interment will be in Tyner Cemetery.
