Ginger Kenyon

Ginger Kenyon Eleanor "Ginger" Larcom Kenyon, 85, of Ooltewah, passed away in her home, surrounded by loving family and friends on Tuesday, June 24, 2014. She was a member of Collegedale SDA Church. Ginger was a retired elementary school teacher and departmental director of Children and Family Life Ministries in the Carolina Conference of Seventh Day Adventists. She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Ella Larcom, and her brother, Milton Larcom. Ginger is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 64 years, Elder Donald E. Kenyon II; sons, Donald E. Kenyon III and Robert W. Kenyon, both of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Robert W. Kenyon Jr. of Chattanooga and Victoria Kenyon of Loma Linda Calif.; great-grandchild, Gage Robert Kenyon; sisters, Peggy Bryant of Hobbs, N.M., Arlene Hudgins of Redclay, Tenn., and Joyce Stringer of Richmond, Va. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, July 11, in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Dave Smith and Pastor Cherie Smith officiating.
