Lynda Hensley

Lynda S. Mackey Hensley, 62, of Chattanooga, went home to be with her Blessed Lord and loved ones on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Harvey Hensley from Erwin, TN, also her late parents, Rev. Hugh and Mrs. Clara Mackey, who are all waiting to welcome her home. She was a member of Delray Baptist Church. Her favorite things to do were play the piano and sing for the Glory of God. She also loved to fish and hunt; and loved the Lord so much and never met a stranger. Survivors include her son, Phillip Bedwell, of Rossville, along with his wife, Jo Ann; daughter, Michelle Taylor, of Chattanooga, along with her husband, Roger Taylor; biological mom, Margaret Harden; stepson, Hugh Hensley; stepdaughter, Norma Jean H. Millington; sister, Barbara Hasty, of Cleveland, Tenn.; and several grandchildren, stepgrandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 2, 2014, at the funeral home with Rev.
