Vergia Boynton

Vergia Edmons Boynton, 91, died Saturday, March 1, 2014. She was a member of the Mt. Crest United Methodist Church. Vergia was preceded in death by husband, J.B. Boynton. Survivors include children Thomas (Rita) Boynton, Pikeville; John B. (Glenda) Boynton Jr., Hermitage; Roger (Ruth) Boynton; Alice (Jim) Moody; Alan (Bonnie) Boynton; Darcy (Sherri) Boynton; Bennett (Tammie) Boynton, all of Pikeville; grandchildren, Mindy, Andrew, David, Brandon, Tara, Chad, Kris, Joshua and Whitney; three great-grandchildren; several stepgrandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Bessie (Mike) Neal, Chattanooga; brother, Louis Edmons, Pikeville; several nieces and nephews.
