Wilma "Joyce" Craft, 81, of Chattanooga, passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at Standifer Place. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Elwood "E.H." and Mary Ruth Sullivan. She is survived by her daughter, Jane Craft, of Knoxville. A graveside service will be 1:30 p.m. today, March 7, 2014 at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
