Joe Sanfratel

Joseph Wayne Sanfratel, 76, passed away, Thursday, March 6, 2014. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp who proudly served his county during the Vietnam War and a former 911 dispatcher for Marion County. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie Sanfratel and Helen Cline Long. Joe is survived by his wife, Martha Clark Sanfratel; sons, Joseph Scott (Beth) Sanfratel and Zackery James Sanfratel; daughter, Kelly (C.T.) Fitzpatrick; grandchildren, Mac, Miller, Beau, Tranum and Lewis and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. CST on Sunday, March 9, 2014, with Brother Roger Webb officiating. Interment with full military honors provide by the Sequatchie Valley Honor Guard will follow in Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. CST, today, March 8.
