Olisa Sims GRAYSVILLE Olisa Skiles Sims, 50, passed away March 6, 2014. She was preceded in death by her father, James Leonard Skiles; maternal grandparents, Blane and Katie Smith; paternal grandparents, Alvin and Hallie Skiles; uncles, William and Clinton Smith; aunt, Rosie Swanner; and ex-husband, Vestil Sims. Survivors include her mommie, Anna Ruth Skiles; sister, Loretta K Barlow and husband Paul; niece, Krista K Barlow and nephew, Peyton James Barlow, all of Sutton, Vt.; brother and sister by the Lord, Kathy Presley and Roger Swanner; uncles, Marvin, Edward, James, Billy, Carlos, Ronnie, and their wives; aunt, Susie Keith and husband; great-aunt and uncle, Corene Swanner; and the late Wesley Swanner, who died Sunday, March 9, 2014; several cousins. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. CDT Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at Hendon Baptist Church with Brother Douglas Richie officiating. Burial will follow in Hendon Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-9 p.m. on Tuesday.
