Thelma Taylor

Thelma Ruth Whited Taylor, 81, passed away Sunday, March 9, 2014. She was a homemaker and loved sewing, quilting and gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Pearley Love Whited; sister, Emily Whited; brothers, John Whited and Nell Whited. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Spencer George Willie Taylor; daughter, Donna Ruth Williams, Trenton; son, Willie Alton Taylor, Flintstone, Ga.; sister, Gwendolyn Delouise Ward, Trenton and Sally Jane Wilson, Florida; brother, Willie Ray Whited, Trenton; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. EDT Wednesday, March 12, 2014, in the chapel of Moore Funeral Home, with Brother A.C. Durham officiating. Burial will be held in Payne Cemetery.
