Helen Slatton

Helen V. Slatton, 88, of Rossville, passed away on Monday, March 10, 2014. Mrs. Slatton was born and raised in Warrior, Ala. She was a dedicated homemaker and loved her family very much. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Slatton; and her parents, William Alfred and Annie Mae Key. Surviving are her children, Betty Jean (Burrell) Powell, Anna Caldwell and William "Bill" Slatton; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Chattanooga Memorial Park.
