William Kitchens

William Luther Kitchens, 74, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, March 15, 2014. A native of Cochran, Ga., he has been a resident of the Chattanooga area for the past 15 years. He was retired from Mid-South Equipment Company and was of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeri I. Kitchens; two sons, William L. Kitchens and Russell M. Kitchens; brother, Paul Kitchens. Survivors include two sons, William R. (Cathy) Kitchens and Jeffery Paul (Paula) Kitchens; four grandchildren, Heather Anne Kitchens, Russell M. Kitchens, Derrick R. Kitchens and Dustin C. Kitchens; four great-grandchildren, Destiny M. Kitchens, Haven Kitchens, Dakota Kitchens and Colton Kitchens; sister, Linda Tomlinson. Graveside funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in Lakewood Memory Gardens East with the Rev. Dennis Rawlins officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
