Auther "Art" Eugene Mckinney passed away Monday, March 17, 2014. Funeral arrangements are set at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 3, 2014, in the W.T. Wilson Chapel. Burial will follow at Pilgrims Rest (Southside) Cemetery. Visitation from 5-8 p.m. today, March 22, at Wilson Funeral Chapel.
