Tommy Owens, 73, passed away Monday, March 24, 2014, at his residence. Condolences may be sent to www.lane-southcrestchapel.com. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. today in the South Crest Chapel. Interment will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery with Military Honors. Arrangements are by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, located at the end of Historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
