Barbara Christison

Barbara Sewell Christison went to be with the Lord Sunday, March 23, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Milbern and Lillian Sewell; and her brother, John Sewell. Barbara is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 46 years, Karl W. Christison; sisters, Sue Green, Sandra Abercrombie and Terry (Hoyt) Rogers and many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly. She was a graduate of Central High School and a retired employee of Provident Life Insurance Co. The family will receive friends from noon-2:30 p.m. today, March 27, 2014, at Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel. Funeral Service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. today in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Bill Belva officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
