William Carbine

William "Bill" Carbine, 68, passed away on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2014, at his residence. He is the son of the late Roy G. Carbine and Nina Rainbolt Carbine. He leaves behind to cherish his memory one son; Roy G. Carbine II, of Chattanooga; and also two sisters;, Sherri C. Bell (Rex), of Marietta, Ga., and Peggy Carbine, of Falmouth, Ky.
