LaFAYETTE Robert Lee "Robbin" Suttle Jr., passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2014, after a short admission to the hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee Suttle Sr. and Betty Jo Wheeler Suttle. He was employed with the U.S. Post Office, U.S. Air Force Veteran, and a member of Happy Home Baptist Church. He is survived by his loving daughters, Deneitra LaSalle Gunter, of LaFayette, Robin NeCole Burse, of Port Angeles, Wash., Montoya Regan (Shon) Suttle Staples, of Atlanta; brothers, Retired Master Sgt. Shannon Chevette (Gloria) Suttle Sr., of Atlanta, Stacey Twyman Suttle of LaFayette, Kota Chalfant (Rhonda K.) Suttle, of Atlanta; grandchildren, Anthony Sergi Jr., Jala Staples, Ivy Rachal, Regan Staples; aunts, Martha Maxwell, Annie W. Mull, of Cleveland, Ohio, Marlene (Morris) Allen, of Chicago, Ill., Catherine (Jimmy) Williams, of New Port News, Va.; great-aunts, Ernestine Suttle, Gladys Wheeler, of LaFayette; uncle, Eugene Wheeler, of Sidney, Ohio; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Homegoing service for Robert Lee Suttle Jr. will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 10, at Happy Home Baptist Church, LaFayette, with Kota Suttle, Pastor Albert Evans, and other ministers officiating.
