Eunice Barnett

Eunice Barnett, 83, died Wednesday, May 7, 2014, at her home. Born March 4, 1931, a native of Kentucky, came to live in North Georgia in 1956. She is the daughter of the late Foster and Margaret Barton and was preceded in death by brother and sisters, Frank, Tommy, Denver, Jay and Joyce and Bobby Jean. Eunice was employed for many years at the BASF Corp. in the accounting department. After suffering for many months from her afflictions, it is over, for she has now entered into that sweet peace with her Lord. She is sorely missed. Eunice was of the Baptist faith, saved as a little girl at Willow Grove Baptist Church in LeJunion, Ky., and was a member of Burning Bush Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Dempsey, Barnett; and two sons, Phillip and Victor (Hally) Barnett; and three sisters, Mary Alice, Francis Ann and Peggy, of Kansas City, Kan.; and a granddaughter, Kiesha.
