Mr. Elbert Mitchell Atchley, 56, passed away Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Marshall Medical Center South. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday, May 13, 2014 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Zach Richards and Rev. Chad Leonard officiating. Burial to follow in the Union Grove Cemetery- Crossville with W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel in charge.
