Carolyn Floyd

Carolyn Montez Floyd, 73, passed away on Monday, May 19, 2014. She was a life-long resident of Lookout Mountain and member of Scenicland Holiness Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Winston Churchill Floyd; two brothers, Stanley Scott and Alvin Scott. She is survived by her children, daughter, Monica (Marco) Sosa, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; sons, Joey (Donna) Floyd, of Ringgold, Ga., Chad (Nicole) Floyd, of Lookout Mountain, Ga.; five grandchildren, Jason, Caleb, Leah, Zoey, and Xander; two great-grandchildren; brother, Darrell (Laronda) Scott; sister, Wanda (Jerry) Ragon; also several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. EST Thursday May 22, 2014, at Gunters Mountain Memory Gardens, Scottsboro, Ala., with Brother Winfred Lackey officiating.
