Charles Smalling

Charles Smalling, 83, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014. He was a graduate of Texas A&M and a former Naval Pilot. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley I. Smalling. Survivors include his daughters, Catherine Herbst of Chattanooga and Candy Williams, of Chicago, Ill; and grandsons, Connor and Chase Williams, of Chicago.
