Julian M. Fricks, 84, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2014, at a local health care facility. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. today, May 27, 2014, at Fort Oglethorpe United Methodist Church with the Rev. Tommy Messer and Rev. Joe Green officiating.
