Stanley Franklin Dykes, 82, of Parmley Hollow, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2014. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Orange Hill Cemetery. Foster & Lay Funeral Home of Tracy City is in charge of arrangements.
