Elizabeth Wertz

Fla Elizabeth "Libby" Gilbert Wertz peacefully passed away on April 23, 2015, in Port Charlotte. She was born in Chattanooga to Samuel and May Gilbert in 1918. From 1953 to 1969, she worked for the Central Intelligence Agency and led an active life traveling to many parts of the world. She and her husband Harvey (1912-2002) were avid golfers. She will be dearly missed by niece, Agnes Gilbert and her great-nieces,Karol Kraemer and Deborah Hollingsworth, as well as the many friends who knew and loved her. Memorial donations may be made to the Red Cross or Habitat for Humanity.
