Margaret Wofford

Margaret Ryon Wofford, 90, of Chattanooga, passed on to her heavenly home on Friday, July 31, 2015. She was an 80-year member of Concord Baptist Church and was born in St. Elmo on Jan. 29, 1925. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Paul Erwin Wofford Sr., sons, Paul (Joan) Wofford and Tom (Nancy) Wofford; a sister, Jenieve Peek; a brother, Ed Ryon; and twin brother Robert (Betty) Ryon. She was survived by five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2015, at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dr. David King officiating. Interment will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery. Visit www.heritagechattanooga.com to share words of comfort to the family.
