Ellis Jordan

Ellis "Buck" Jordan, 61, passed Aug. 24, 2015, at a local hospital. He was a graduate of Riverside High School in the class of 1972. He received a business degree from Edmondson College. He was employed at Comaro Carpets, where he supervised from 20 years. His last employment was with Professional Transportation Inc. Survivors include sisters, Pamela Jordan and Angela Jordan; brother, Jeffrey Jordan; five nieces, two nephews, a host of cousins and friends. Funeral service will be held Sunday, Aug. 30, 2015, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel with Pastor Ezra Maize officiating. Interment Tyner Cemetery. The body will lie in state after noon today at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
