Amber Slatton

Amber Loraye Slatton, 17, won her battle on Monday, Dec. 28, 2015, and has been completely healed. She fought a very courageous fight. Amber was a 2015 graduate of Whitwell High School. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Tommy Foshee; great-grandmother, Wanda Braden. Those left to cherish her memories are her mother, Tonya Slatton; father, Donnie Slatton; brother, Zachary Lee Slatton; step-dad, Rodney Easterly; step-mom, Jani Fults; grandparents, Deborah Foshee, Carl Gene & Gail Slatton; great-grandmother, Maxine Floyd. Family will receive friends 1-9 p.m. CST, Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. CST, Thursday, Dec. 31, 2015, at Whitwell High School with Minister Gary Massey officiating.
