Jeri Hammack

Rheba "Jeri" Hammack, 87, of Madison, Tenn., formerly of Chattanooga, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2015. She was of the Seventh day Adventist faith and a leader in the church. She was employed by Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institute for 12 years as a nurse, activity director and artist. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Kenneth Hammack. She is survived by her son, Kenneth Patrick (Cathy) Hammack; daughters, Melody (Bob) Steele, and Kennett Sinclair; brother, Jim Robinson; sister, Glenna (Bob) Ingram; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at noon Monday, July 6, 2015, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Troy Simmons officiating. Burial will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
