Angel Casteel Infant Angel Rose Casteel passed away on July 21, 2015 at Erlanger. She was born July 14, 2015 to Tiffany Casteel and Terrence Franklin and brother, Zion McDonald. She was preceded in death by her great-grandma, Patricia Casteel. She leaves to cherish her memory, great-grandma, Patricia Williams; grandmothers, Debra Casteel and Tammy Woods; host of aunts, uncles and cousins. No services will be held. Arrangements by John P.
