Patricia Streip

Patricia "Patty" Hudson Streip, 59, died Friday, July 24, 2015. She was born April 28, 1956, in East Ridge, Tenn., to Leon L. and Betty T. Hudson. Patty attended East Ridge High School and The University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. She served her community in law enforcement and education, spending 13 years as Family Partnership Specialist at Battle Academy. Patty is survived by her parents, Leon and Betty Hudson; husband, David Lawrence Streip; son, Drew Hudson Streip; sister, Laura Ruth Hudson; nieces, Lena Marie and Olivia Christine Damiano; and dog, Scout. A service honoring Pattys life will be held Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at 7 p.m., pastor Chris Stapleton officiating. Her family will receive friends Tuesday from 3-7 p.m. at Chattanooga Funeral Homes North Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Chattanooga, 200 Central Ave., Chattanooga, TN 37403.
