Billie Boss

Billie Faye Swanson Boss, 83, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2015. She was born on July 7, 1932 to the late Rev. Clarence and Jenny Swanson. Billie was a member of Waterville Baptist Church. She preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Robert Boss; sisters, Maude Jones Thelma Hilburn and Virginia Wilbanks; brothers, DeForest, Claude, LeRoy and Shorty Swanson. She is survived by several nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral from the Wallis Memorial Chapel Saturday, Aug. 1, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Sam Barrett and Rev. Doug Galloway officiating. Pallbearers are nephews. Interment in LaFayette Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 6 to 8 p.m. Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
