James Gass

James "Jamie" Gass, 50 of Chattanooga, departed this life Saturday, Feb. 28, 2015. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Maggie Ashley; and his daughter, Jennifer Allison Gass. Survivors include his daughters, Amanda (Adam) Dillinger, of Ringgold, Melissa Gass, of Red Bank; father, James Gass, of Trenton; mother, Ruth Ann Johnson, of Dunlap; siblings, Mark (Karen) Gass, of Rising Fawn, Shane (Sandy) Gass, of Trenton, Tim (Jennifer) Gass, of Augusta, Ga., Connie (E.J.) Farmer, of Bryant, Ala.; grandson, Noah Dillinger; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, March 6, 2015 in the chapel with Rev. Bill Gardner officiating. Interment will follow in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 4 until 8 p.m. today, 4 until 8 p.m. Thursday, and prior to the service Friday at the funeral home. Arrangements are by W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home, Fort Oglethorpe.
