Doyle Hogan

Doyle Lee Hogan, 50, of East Ridge, passed away Monday, March 2, 2015. He was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area and was of the Baptist faith. He retired from Dixie Industries in 2012 after more than 28 years of service and loved racing at Boyd Speedway where he was known as "Sweet Lee Hogan". He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his father, Doyle "Peewee"Hogan. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Dorothy "Dot" and Gilbert Moore, of Oneonta, Ala.; wife, Missy Littlejohn, of East Ridge; mother-in-law, Diane Collins, of Rossville, Ga.; children and spouses, Jennifer Hogan and Billy (Nikki) Hogan, all of Chattanooga, Tabitha (Joshua) Patterson, of Cleveland, Tenn., Coby Hogan, of Ooltewah, Micah (Chelsi) Littlejohn and Tymber (Tommy) Lovelace, all of Chattanooga; sisters and brother-in-law, Terri Stephens and Kelli (Scott) Moye, all of Oneonta, Ala.; 11 grandchildren; aunt and uncles, Linda and Freddie Ramsey and Dewey Holmes; close friends, Darrell Anderson, Jim Ervin, Jimmy Newman, Josh McKee and "Red"; and several nieces, nephews and numerous extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 1-5 p.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2015, at the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel. Services and burial will be private. Online guest book at www.wilsonfuneralhome.com.
