Cecil Marshall

Cecil Marshall Ceccil Howard Marshall, 88, of Chattanooga, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 25, 2015. He was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and a member of Edgewood Baptist Church for 60 years. Cecil, fondly referred to as Cisco, was an employee of Hamilton Concrete Company for 30 years. Cecil was an avid gardener and enjoyed supplying his family and friends with vegetables. He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Marshall; mother, Louie Marshall; and his loving wife, Lila Jean Quinn. Cecil is survived by his daughter, Donna (Jeffrey) Alper; grandson, Justin Alper and cousin, Dot Reading. Special thanks to his loving caregivers, Crystal Tran, Carol Short, Teresa Johnson and Candice Layne. A private graveside will be held for the family with Rev. Brian Kurtz officiating.
