David Leonard Swanner, 67, of Bakewell, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2015. David was self-employed logger for many years. He was preceded in death by his father, Bud Swanner; mother, Ruby Swanner; sister, Patsy Bowman; brothers, Clayton, Bill and Cotton Swanner. Survivors include his son, David (Paige) Swanner; daughters, Joni (Tim Parker) McGee, Billy (Stephen) Spencer; brother, Ed Swanner; sisters, Mamie White, Margaret Skiles and Regina Swafford; grandchildren, Dylan and Chase McGee, Kaleb Madison and Maigan Swanner, Baileigh and Nicholas Spencer and Kristen Hillyer; special nephews, Andy Swanner and Ronald Skiles; several other nieces and nephews.
