Kevin Biggs, 58, of Ooltewah, passed away Thursday, March 25, 2015. Survivors include his son, Drew Biggs; grandson, Jaiden Biggs; brother, Kennard (Rachel) Biggs; sisters, Donna (Larry) Wilson, Mary (David) Wagner, Susan (Cary) Hodnett; and special friend, Sharon Dodd.
