Liddie Lynn

Liddie Lee Griffith Lynn, "Mamaw", passed away on Monday, May 4, 2015. She was born in Whitwell to the late Mildred Mae Griffith and moved to Ringgold in 1961. Liddie was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed listening to Elvis and spending time with her grandkids. She was a loving mother and grandmother, who will be greatly missed. She was also preceded in death by her son, Truman Prichett; and brother, Thomas Grayson. Liddie is survived by her children, Troy (Stephanie) Prichett, of Flat Rock, Ivan Prichett, of Tunnel Hill, Wyatt (Rosanna) Taborn, of Tunnel Hill, Faye (John Lafferty) Caudill, of Jamestown, Eddie (Sharon) Lynn, of Jamestown, Amanda (Ralph) Brooks, of Ringgold, and Robin (Casey and Evan) Bunch, of Ringgold; 13 special grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will held at 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2015, in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor J.T. Sanders officiating. Interment will follow in Gordy Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 to 9 p.m. today and prior to the service on Thursday. Arrangements by Wilson Funeral Home, Wallis Stewart Chapel, Ringgold.
