Juanita Barclay

Juanita Jarnagin Barclay, 92 departed this life Tuesday, May 19, 2015. She was born in Mississippi to the late John and Cecil Jarnagin and later retired from Signal Knitting Mills after 32 years as a seamstress there. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Wilson McCoy Barclay; brothers, Junior and Ralph Jarnagin; and sister, Marty Slater. Thank you to the staff at Parkside Nursing Home for their support, love and care during this difficult time especially Missy and Mary. Survivors include her son, Gary (Judy) Barclay, of Rossville; brothers, Billy and Bobby Jarnagin, both of Chickamauga; grandchildren, Janice (Lamar) Tate, Gerald (April) Barclay; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2015, in the chapel with Brother David East officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 3 until 8 p.m. today and prior to the service Friday at the funeral home. Arrangements are by W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home, Fort Oglethorpe.
