Clarence Joe Price Sr., 71, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015 in a local hospital with family at his bedside. Funeral: Today at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Minister LeVaughn Flanders Jr. as the eulogist.
