Rev. William Howard Stamper, 86, passed Monday, Nov. 23, 2015. He was Pastor of New Home Baptist Church, Noble, Ga. A Celebration of his Life is 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, at the church. Visitation begins at 10 a.m. Interment, Lakewood Memory Gardens East, Chattanooga.
