Albert Chambers

Albert H. Chambers, 82, of Harrison, was born Feb. 2, 1933 and died Oct. 5, 2015. Albert worked at Koehring Southern for 34 years, was a Korean War Veteran, Post Commander of VFW 4848, a Mason, Scottish Rites and a Shriner. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church for 33 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother and sister. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Gladys; children, Van (Susan) Chambers, Nicki (Don) Ramey and Victor (Elaine) Chambers; 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2015, at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace, with Rev. Dwight Martin and Dr. Charles Walker officiating.
