William "Bill" Clyde Techt, 72, died Sunday, Oct. 4, 2015, at Starr Regional Medical Center of Athens. Celebration of Life Service will be 6 p.m. Thursday at Sanford Baptist Church. Visitation 4-6 p.m. Thursday at the church. Ziegler Funeral Home, Athens, in charge of the arrangements.
