Earnest Hall Jr.

LaFAYETTE Earnest J. Hall Jr., 79, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2015. Born Feb. 24, 1936, he was preceded in death by his parents, Earnest J. and Lillian Hall. Earnest served in the United States Marine Corps, retired with the Ford Motor Company, and in his later years, worked as a mechanic for Walmart in Dalton. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Judy K. Hall; two daughters, Debbie Kemplin and Darlene Crigger; four sons, Douglas, Andrew, Benjamin and Chad Hall; sister, Barbara Smith; two brothers, Edward and John Hall; twenty-three grandchildren; over thirty great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside service at Dunagan Cemetery, Rocky Face, at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10. Visitation at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, 2015.
