Judy Elizabeth Borders, 62, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, Aug. 27, 2015, at her residence. Funeral today at 11 a.m. at the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor J.R. Bridgeman as the eulogist. Burial: Highland Memorial Gardens.
